December
Hi all,

Happy December! Winter has arrived and I have to admit I really wasn't ready for it. Jennifer hates getting her hat and mittens on and the second she gets in her carseat she takes them off, which means we have to go through the whole process again before getting out of the car! The bad thing is, it's just beginning! Here are some sweet pictures of Jennifer outside shoveling with Bill. We got her a little shovel this year, not that she really helps, as you will see by the pictures. I will try and put some pictures on throughout the upcoming holiday weeks. Here is Jennifer is showing off her new hat and mittens! She loved them the first day, now not so much.

Pictures of Jennifer
Hi everyone,
I said almost a month ago that I would post some more pictures of Jennifer. Sorry that it is has taken so long!
We decided to put Jennifer in some leaves one afternoon to see if we could get a good fall picture of her. She was not really a big fan of the leaves, in fact she really didn't like them at all!
Here is Jennifer sporting her "cool" sunglasses as well as her "My Grandma Rocks" t-shirt.
Jennifer loves to help mow the yard. Ok really she just loves to push her mower into the neighbors yard so that she can try and run away from Bill and I.
This will have to be it for now. Our computer may blow up if I try to put any more pictures on today. So I promise I will put more pictures on soon, it won't be as long this time. So until then...

Colorado & Mt. Rushmore
Hi everyone,
It has been awhile...
It has been awhile...
Last week Bill and I had the change to go see Mt. Rushmore and visit Estes Park in Colorado. It was a wonderful time away, a lot of time in the car but still wonderful. We went with another couple, who we are great friends with, so that made the trip even better. We were making the trip to Colorado for a pastor's retreat but we decided to take the "long" way and stop by Mt. Rushmore first. It was worth the extra time. While in Colorado we got to spend most of Saturday driving through and exploring the moutains. Bill and I had never been to the mountains before, it was great. Here are few pictures from our trip and I will include a few pictures of Jennifer for those of you who would rather just see her!!
On our way to Rushmore we went through the Bad Lands, it was very cool it see, again well worth the time. We then stopped at a place called Wall Drug, you see signs for it for hundreds of miles, it is not worth the time to stop. We were sadly disaapointed!
The moutains were very beautiful- it was worth the many hours in the car to see them! Now here are a few pictures of Jennifer. She is doing well, her favorite saying right now is "There you go." Her little voice saying it just makes us laugh!
I was planning to put a few more pictures of Jennifer on but between our computer and the site we use to do this, it is just not working! So I will post some more pictures of Jennifer in the days to come, stop back by soon! Until next time...

Hey everyone!
Hello Family and Friends,
We just wanted to welcome you all to our blogspot!
We thought this would be a great way to keep everyone updated on what is happening in our world. It is also a great way for us to show off some pictures of Jennifer for those of you who don't get to see her very often. We will try to post some pictures and a little update a couple of times a month. So stop by often to see what is up with the McLeland's! Until next time...

Vacation
In June we went with my family to a small resort up in Minnesota for a week.
We had a great time relaxing, fishing, playing on the beach and just spending time with our family. Jennifer loved playing in the sand but wasn't too sure about the water, it was just a little too chilly for her. She was
spoiled all week having her grandparents and an uncle and aunt who were willing to do anything she wanted to do. We did lots of fishing on vacation and now Bill thinks he is a master fisherman! (I would beg to differ.)
